Williams, CPP, is equally respected, with over 32 years of investigative experience, Philippine-wide, eight years within the U.S. Embassy, Manila, as well as 24 years of commercial Philippine investigative experience. He is multi-awarded by both the U.S. and Philippine governments. His awards include, but are not limited to, Commander, USAF Office of Special Investigations (OSI) Outstanding Detachment of the Year in Worldwide Competition in 1987 at the U.S. Embassy – Manila, and Pinkerton Investigations’ Investigative Manager of the Year in 1997, while the Philippine Country Manager for Pinkerton. Jeff is also Board Certified in Security Management by ASIS – International (ASIS) and is a Board Accredited Investigator with Intellenet. He was also awarded the Bronze Cross Medal for Bravery from the Philippine National Police (PNP) in 1991 and inducted into the USAF Office of Special Investigations (OSI) Special Agent “Hall of Fame” in Washington D.C. in April, 2009. He has served over ten years as the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.
