OSI’s three Western managers have over 100 years of combined investigative, source handling and local government liaison experience throughout Europe, the Americas and other areas within Asia, as well as over 70 years of such combined experience throughout the Philippines.
In addition, OSI has a full time staff of 18 personnel, which includes 12 Philippines private detectives whose investigative experience ranges from 5 – 30+ years. Therefore, OSI does not subcontract any of their investigations out to non-OSI sub-contractual Philippines private investigators.
OSI considers itself the premier Philippines commercial investigations company, with some of the best private investigators in the Philippines. We do not take on domestic matters; but instead, concentrate solely on Philippines commercial investigations. We will, however, recommend a local provider with a proven track record in domestic matters if asked. The only exception to this rule is if an investigative matter may be considered humanitarian in nature, such as a missing son or daughter who might be traveling within the Philippines and we are contacted by the concerned overseas parents.
Our entire staff takes much personal pride in providing professional, thorough and cost effective commercial investigations. And unlike our International competition, we do not say we can do everything for everyone all the time. Our reputation is too important. If asked to take on an investigative assignment that we know another local provider may excel at, such as surveillance; or, if we are fully engaged at the time, we will refer the potential client to that other provider. Regardless as to which provider you ultimately engage for your investigative requirements in the Philippines, it is critically important to reach agreement with an international investigator who is a member of a worldwide investigative association. Why? Because if after the work is completed, the client firm would have recourse through the senior hierarchy of the worldwide associations the local investigative company may be a member of, if there is a disagreement in either the results being as requested/purported, or questions on fees arise.
