Orion Support Incorporated, or better known simply as OSI, is an investigative and security consulting firm that was formed in 2001 by Jeff Williams and Tom Kane.  They are both Board Certified in Security Management by the American Society for Industrial Security - International (ASIS), the largest and most respected Investigation and Security Association in the world, with over 36,000 members.   Between them, they have over 55 years of combined worldwide investigative and security consulting experience, with over 25 years working Philippine-wide as Special Agents and Counterintelligence Officers with the USAF Office of Special Investigations (OSI), U.S. Embassy, Manila; and then as senior management with Pinkerton Consulting Services, Philippines before opening their own company. They are joined by Mr. Robert L. Heafner, formerly the Legal Attache, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Embassy, Manila from 1989 to 1998; and Mr. Lachlan Scott McConnell, with over 20 years of security consulting experience within Asia and the Middle-East.  Bob serves as their Special Adviser on liaison with senior levels within various Philippine government agencies, while providing oversight on the company's due-diligence, fraud and asset tracing investigations.  Lachlan heads up OSI’s security consulting services.

Between them, they have significantly more years of Philippine-wide investigative and security consulting experience than any other international investigative and security consultancy operating in the Philippines. They have conducted several thousand criminal, fraud, due-diligence, litigation support, asset tracing and intellectual property rights investigations and enforcement actions, Philippine-wide since 1984.  In addition, they have conducted hundreds of risk assessments, security surveys, counterinsurgency operations, crisis management projects and VIP protection matters, Philippine-wide, to include in the high threat areas of Mindanao in the Southern Philippines.

Their company's goal is simply to provide professional investigative security consulting services at international standards, at fees significantly reduced from their international competition.
