is President and Managing Director of OSI. He served at seat of government locations, worldwide, as a Special Agent and Counterintelligence Officer with the US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) until retiring in 1992, having served as the Commander, OSI at the U.S. Embassy, Manila from 1984. Upon retirement, he became the Country Manager for Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations- Philippines, a subsidiary of Pinkerton USA, until his promotion to Vice President of Pinkerton (Asia) Ltd. in 1997. His awards include commanding the Worldwide Outstanding OSI Office of the Year in 1986 and selection as the Worldwide Department of Defense (DOD) Counterintelligence Collector of the Year in 1987, both awards while assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Manila. Additionally, he was selected by Pinkerton USA as their Worldwide Investigations Managing Director of the Year in 1997, followed by his selection as Pinkerton's International Managing Director of the Year - Leadership Award in 1998. Jeff was also awarded the Bronze Cross Medal from the Philippine National Police (PNP) in 1991. He has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters degree in Management. Jeff is active within the American Chamber of Commerce's Intellectual Property Rights Committee and is Board Certified in Security Management by the American Society for Industrial Security - International (ASIS). Additionally, he sits on the 15 member Worldwide Investigations Council within the 36,000 member ASIS association. Jeff was inducted into the USAF Office of Special Investigations (OSI) Special Agent/Counterintelligence "Hall of Fame" in Washington D.C. in April, 2009.
is OSI's General Manager and is supported by a staff of 18, whose investigative experience ranges from 5 to 28 years. Mike is a graduate of the Pinkerton Investigative Academy in the United States, and was selected as Pinkerton (Asia) Ltd's Asia-wide Investigator of the Year in 1996 from within 14 offices situated in 10 different Asian countries. Additionally, he serves as a Consultant to the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation. He is directly supported by Mr. Giovanni Parado, Manager for Commercial Investigations with 26 years of investigative experience, Philippine-wide; and Mr. Alvin Ambion, Manager for Intellectual Property Rights Investigations and Enforcement Actions, with 18 years of investigative experience.
is OSI's Manager for Consulting Services and has more than 20 years experience in the security industry within the Asia-Pacific Region, the Middle-East and North America. He recently returned from the Middle-East where he supported two major international security contractors, Kellog, Brown Root, as well as the Aegis Defense Service. Prior to his departure from the Philippines in 2005 to support the aforementioned international security consulting contractors, Lachlan was a security manager with California Energy International, managing their key security programs. In both the Middle-East and the Philippines, his primary focus was on the development of security policies and procedures, crisis management, VIP Protection procedures, risk assessments and security surveys, and guard force management in high risk areas. He is directly supported OSI's Senior Security Consultants, Mr. Daniel H. "Snooky" Cruz and Mr. Perlito "Bong" Oteyza, formerly with the Philippine National Intelligence and Coordinating Authority (NICA = Philippine CIA) and the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI = Philippine FBI) respectively. Mr. Cruz was formerly with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) within the U.S. Embassy, Manila for over 5 years before joining OSI. They both have much specialty security consulting training and experience, some from within various sectors of the U.S. government. In addition, they are regularly called upon to provide this specialty training to various sectors of Philippine law enforcement.
is OSI's Special Advisor on Security Consulting matters. He served at worldwide locations as a Special Agent and Counterintelligence officer with OSI until his retirement in 1997, when he became the Country Manager for Pinkerton - Philippines. Tom served with OSI throughout the Philippines from 1986 to 1992, with follow up temporary duty assignments in Manila thereafter. He specialized in security consulting and counterterrorism investigations; as well as personnel protection operations. He was the Special Agent in Charge for Northern Luzon for OSI and was recognized for thwarting a number of hostile threat attempts on life and property in high risk areas of the Philippines. In 1991, Tom was awarded the Airman's Medal for Heroism while assigned to the Philippines. Tom is also Board Certified in Security Management by the American Society for Industrial Security - International. Tom holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Financial Management.
is OSI's Special Liaison Officer to the Philippine government. He is a veteran of 37 years of distinguished service with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), with his last assignment serving as the Legal Attaché, FBI, U.S. Embassy, Manila from 1989 to 1998. In his position as Legal Attaché, he coordinated and jointly worked numerous high level and sensitive criminal, fraud and counter-terrorism investigations with senior counterparts within the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Philippine National Bureau of Investigations (NBI) and the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). He continues to maintain strong relationships at the highest levels of the Philippine government, including cabinet level and agency heads in law enforcement and the judiciary.
